For purchases within Australia, postage is charged for all of the Auto-Parts, 4WD Parts & Accessories. For purchases within Australia, postage for Tyres and Wheels is also charged and thus please contact us for a quote.
Please note that postage time will depend on the destination. All postcodes outside Metropolitan Suburbs take 3-5 days extra at minimum.
We post the item within 1-2 working days of the payment being confirmed.

Super Star Warranty Claims Policy
The warranty period on all items commences from the date of purchase if a warranty claim is made and a second part is supplied then the warranty period will not restart and will continue from the initial date of purchase.
All claims for warranty must be made within the relevant warranty period, Buyer must return the product to Super star for checking, buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of sending the warranty claim back to superstar, if the item is checked and proven to be faulty being manufacturing fault then superstar will pay the costs of shipping the new item, if an item is proven to be faulty due to a non-manufacturing fault then the customer is to pay the return shipping costs of the rejected item back to them.
Items that are sent back must be accompanied with reason for return, contact details, eBay user name & copy of receipt as proof of purchase, failure to do so will result in non-processed claims until the stated information has been received. All warranty returns must be assessed by superstar online, this could take 5 to 15 working days from arrival of the item back to superstar online.
The warranty does not apply to failure unit caused by incorrect or faulty fitment, contamination by water and oil, any modifications made to the item by anyone (other than Superstar Online) or any abuse or misuse of our products will result in warranty rejection.
All items that are returned for warranty will be tested and if found faulty due to manufacturing fault then we will provide another same brand new item (a refund will not be given). In no case shall superstar online be responsible for any sequential costs including removal and re-fitment costs of the item. For more details please contact us through ebay messages or call us.

Failure to send the following details without a valid reason will result in delayed refunds.
If an incorrect item has been purchased that is within our listing application guide, the customer incurs up to 15% for restocking. If an item is purchased incorrectly, deemed buyer’s error or the buyer simply changes their mind, all shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Superstar Group Policy:
At Superstar Group we allow up to 30 days to return an item from the date you received it, for a full refund or exchange, as required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging (where applicable) and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
